Your Rights

CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health is committed to providing you and your family with quality mental health care that is responsive to your needs and those of your family. When you come to CASA, you are a partner in your care and/or your child’s care. As a member of the team, it is important that you understand your rights and responsibilities.

Your rights explain how you should expect to be treated and your responsibilities explain how you can be a more active member of the care team. Please take a moment to become familiar with your rights and responsibilities and don’t hesitate to talk to CASA staff if you have any questions or concerns.
