Contact the CASA Board Chair

If you have a concern, we’d like to work with you to resolve it to the best of our ability. Please first either bring your concern forward to your CASA therapist, or contact the location your child receives services at and ask to speak to your Program Manager.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution after these steps, please contact our Chief Executive Officer at

If you still have not reached a solution that you are satisfied with, you are entitled to contact the CASA Board Chair, David McNeil. David can be reached at, or by filling out the form below. This e-mail address is confidential and goes directly to the Chair’s personal email account. Messages are not seen by CASA staff.

Please note that CASA's Board Chair is only to be contacted once all other options listed above have been exhausted.
