Are you interested in joining a newly revised program supporting adolescents with mental health and addictions concerns? Join the newly created Concurrent Addictions and Mental Health Program (CAMP) team in taking this program to the next level. Reporting to the Program Manager and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team, the Clinical Lead provides leadership to the clinical team in the achievement of clinical service outcomes. The Clinical Lead plays a critical role in day to day administrative oversight of the program as well as quality improvement and change management processes.

The Clinical Lead works collaboratively with CASA colleagues and community professionals to achieve success in the following areas:

  • Provides clinical supervision and coaching based on evidence informed practice in the designated program.

  • Ensures a family-centered approach to practice.

  • Ensures adherence to standards of care including accreditation standards, clinical policies and procedures

  • Works with the Program Manager and Clinical Director to facilitate the development of  high functioning clinical teams

  • Facilitates collaborative relationships and transitions across programs.

  • Collaborates with the Program Manager during the performance appraisal process of team members by addressing and providing clinical performance feedback.

  • Delivers assessment and treatment services to a patient caseload.

  • Is an active, contributing member of a multi-disciplinary clinical team whose purpose is assessment and treatment case review, and consultation.

  • Follows CASA clinical policy and procedures

  • Identifies quality improvement opportunities and contributes planning and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

  • Contributes to the development and leads the implementation of evidence based program practice standards, policies and procedures and changes in practice.

  • Participates in the development of organizational and discipline-specific practice standards



  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Nursing (strong mental health background)

  • Current registration with relevant professional body

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience in child and adolescent mental health assessment and treatment

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the addictions field

  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in all aspects of the discipline including clinical practice, research and education.

  • Ability to direct self, and prioritize.

  • Appreciation of the interdisciplinary process in the management of patient care.

  • Demonstrated administrative skills including collaboration skills, an ability to delegate and build consensus.

  • Program planning experience and time management skills.

  • Commitment to quality improvement processes.

  • Ability to work across programs/services within a regional infrastructure.

  • Customer focus and approach.

  • Access to a reliable vehicle, as travel is required

  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 



$89,416.90 - $113,270.65 depending on experience
